 Teacher's Planning

        Teachers prepare the teaching plans in accordance with the curriculum. Teachers must design teaching plans so that the expected learning objectives can be reached. The teaching plan is only for one Topic. So teachers should prepare a teaching plan for each meeting.

Preparing Lessons and Materials

        As a teacher, we are required to prepare everything that is needed when learning takes place, such as lesson plans and materials. Teachers must develop lesson plans properly in accordance with existing guidelines, the lesson plans designed must have clear and directed goals. After the lesson plan, the teacher must prepare any materials that will be used. The materials used must be suitable and fun, so that learning is easily presented to students to the maximum. in addition, for the Economic Education / ABM department.

During Teaching



        Mrs. Fritz starts the lesson by inviting students to pray, after which she checks students' attendance and greets students and asks whether students are ready with learning equipment (textbooks, chalk / markers, and whiteboards). Usually, the teacher will first encourage the students to get excited. Next, the teacher will review the previous material and provide motivation related to the material to be learned. then the teacher starts the presentation to explain the material using powerpoint. At that time, the teacher occasionally asks questions to students and discusses with students.  Next is to do collaborative activities and present the results. if it is finished then Mrs. Fritz will give quizzes and integration, summaries and assignments. Finally the teacher will close the lesson by inviting students to pray.

Measurement and Evaluation

        The teacher gives an evaluation by asking questions to students in turn. This is so that the teacher can measure the extent of students' understanding of the topics taught. In addition, the teacher also gives quizz with multiple choice or essay to students and their answered in 1/4 paper. For the material, it's about 2 topic or more. After that the teacher ask students to corecting the answer together, and after that Teacher collect the paper from the highest score.
